Strategic Partnership Retainer — 13 Hours/Month

$1,625.00 every month

Designed for organizations seeking a higher level of ongoing consultation and hands-on project support.

This retainer allows for deeper collaboration across larger initiatives and may include:

  • Clinical operations strategy and infrastructure development

  • Clinical leadership consultation

  • Quality improvement initiatives

  • Curriculum, goal library, and clinical resource development

  • Policy and procedure development

  • Research and evidence-based practice support

  • Literature reviews and clinical research projects

  • Customized staff training and professional development

  • Ongoing project development and implementation support

All time spent completing approved work on behalf of your organization counts toward your monthly consulting hours, including meetings, research, review, preparation, and project development.

Monthly hours must be used within the applicable billing month and do not roll over. Additional consulting hours may be purchased at the standard rate of $150/hour, subject to availability.
