This package provides dedicated monthly time that may be used across a combination of:

  • Leadership consultation and coaching

  • Quality assurance and clinical improvement initiatives

  • Curriculum and goal library development

  • Clinical resource development

  • Research and literature review

  • Policy, procedure, and workflow development

  • Customized training and professional development

All time spent completing approved work on behalf of your organization counts toward your monthly consulting hours, including meetings, research, review, preparation, and project development.

Monthly hours must be used within the applicable billing month and do not roll over. Additional consulting hours may be purchased at the standard rate of $150/hour, subject to availability.
