Advisory Retainer — 3 Hours/Month

$435.00 every month

Designed for organizations seeking periodic expert guidance, consultation, or support with smaller ongoing needs.

Your monthly consulting hours may be used for:

  • Clinical operations and quality improvement

  • Clinical leadership consultation

  • Policy, procedure, and workflow development

  • Curriculum and clinical resource development

  • Research and literature review

  • Training and professional development

  • Document review and strategic planning

All time spent completing approved work on behalf of your organization counts toward your monthly consulting hours, including meetings, research, review, preparation, and project development.

Monthly hours must be used within the applicable billing month and do not roll over. Additional consulting hours may be purchased at the standard rate of $150/hour, subject to availability.
