Supervised Fieldwork
Supervision Packages
$150/hour
Designed for trainees who need occasional supervision without committing to a monthly package.
À la carte supervision may be appropriate for supplemental supervision, professional development, clinical consultation, fieldwork planning, or additional supervision beyond an existing monthly package.
Availability is limited and recurring supervision times are not guaranteed.
Please note: Supervision services require an initial consultation and completion of a supervision agreement before fieldwork supervision begins. Trainees are responsible for ensuring that their fieldwork activities and supervision arrangements meet all applicable BACB® requirements.
Because supervision may include direct observation of the trainee working with an individual who could benefit from behavioral intervention, trainees may be responsible for identifying an appropriate individual who has provided informed consent to participate. Individuals receiving ABA services through the trainee's employer, insurance-funded ABA services, or private-pay ABA services through another provider may not be used for this purpose.
Supervision is provided virtually through Google Meet. Additional requirements and expectations will be reviewed before supervision begins.
$1,625/month
Designed for trainees completing a higher volume of fieldwork who need frequent supervision, observation, feedback, and structured professional development.
This package provides approximately three supervision meetings per week and allows for a more intensive supervision experience, including:
Frequent individual supervision
Direct observation and performance feedback
Clinical case conceptualization and problem-solving
Structured unrestricted fieldwork activities
Research and literature review
Clinical writing and program development
Ethics, supervision, and professional development
Preparation for independent clinical practice and leadership
Because concentrated fieldwork requires a higher level of supervision and ongoing oversight, trainees selecting this package should be prepared to participate consistently throughout the month and complete assigned fieldwork activities between supervision meetings.
Monthly supervision hours must be used within the applicable billing month and do not roll over. Additional supervision may be purchased at the standard rate of $150/hour, subject to availability.
