About Danielle
I didn’t set out to build a career in behavior analysis thinking about burnout, boundaries, or leadership. I set out to help people.
And somewhere along the way—between long days in session, late nights finishing notes, and stepping into leadership roles—I started to see the bigger picture.
Not just how we support our clients…
but how we support the people doing the work.
Because the truth is—this field asks a lot of us.
And for a long time, I believed the answer was to just work harder, stay later, and figure it out.
Until I realized… there’s a better way to do this.
I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of experience working with children with autism and their families.
I earned my Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University, Northridge. I’ve worked across home, school, and clinic settings—and spent the past 10+ years in clinical leadership roles, supporting teams, mentoring clinicians, and shaping systems of care.
My work is grounded in:
Assent-based, compassionate practice
Ethical, sustainable clinical systems
Real-world application (not just theory)
I’m especially passionate about helping clinicians grow into confident, thoughtful leaders—without losing themselves in the process.
I’ve been the clinician staying late to finish documentation.
The supervisor trying to support a team while managing an impossible schedule.
The leader navigating expectations from every direction at once.
And I’ve also seen what happens when we step back and build systems that actually support the work—and the people doing it.
That’s where my approach comes from.
Not from perfection.
Not from theory alone.
But from lived experience inside this field.
Today, I work with:
BCBAs who want to lead with clarity and confidence
Students and RBTs navigating their next step
Clinical leaders building sustainable, ethical teams
Working moms trying to balance meaningful careers with real life
Whether you’re feeling stuck, stretched thin, or just ready for something different—there’s space to figure that out here.
I’m originally from Southern California and now based in the Charlotte area, where I live with my husband, our daughter, and our two dogs.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with a good cup of coffee, spending time outside, or thinking about how we can do this work better—for our clients and for ourselves.
If you’re here, there’s probably a reason.
You don’t have to have it all figured out yet.
When you’re ready, there are a few ways we can work together.
